As our Sales & Event Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by managing our sales team and leading strategic event and partnership projects — especially during the shoulder and off-season. You combine a passion for surfing and travel experiences with a data-driven approach and strong leadership skills.

We’re looking for a motivated, structured and analytical leader who can take ownership of Lapoint’s sales strategy and events. You thrive on delivering measurable results, building strong relationships, and turning great ideas into action.
You have a proven track record in sales, team leadership, and event or partnership management, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach. You’re not afraid to take initiative, challenge ideas, and find creative solutions that boost both performance and guest experience.
You’re self-driven and self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to prioritize. You see opportunities where others see challenges and love working across markets and teams to make things happen.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious targets
Plan and execute sales and event projects — with a strong focus on shoulder and off-season growth across all destinations.
Drive collaborations and partnerships that enhance guest acquisition and retention
Identify, analyze, and act on trends to increase occupancy and revenue.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and destination teams to align on goals and campaigns
Track performance metrics and ensure insights lead to continuous improvement
Represent Lapoint in selected events and key partner collaborations
Skills & requirements
Proven experience in sales leadership and team management, with a track record of coordinating impactful events and projects from concept to completion.
Strong analytical mindset — you understand the numbers and act on them
A self-starter who’s passionate about travel, surfing lifestyle, and creating meaningful experiences.
Excellent communication and people management skills
Highly organized with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working remotely and independently, taking full ownership of your results
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
