As our Community & Content Creator (Copy & Video), you’ll join Lapoint’s Digital Business team and own the creation of high-performing content across the customer journey — from community and email to paid social and website copy.

We are a small company that has grown rapidly over the last 10 years. Today, we have surf camps in 10 different destinations around the world, giving 10 000 international guests every year an unforgettable experience.

A storyteller at heart, you understand how branding, visuals and a strong narrative come together. With a sharp eye for what makes people stop, feel and act, you shape everything from the first line to the final frame. Building community in real time is part of the craft too, sparking conversations and keeping communication with our loyal guests active, warm and engaging.

What you'll do
  • Own customer communication across newsletters and automated email flows, website copy and selected community channels (e.g. WhatsApp groups) - write conversation starters, camp updates, stories and moments that strengthen the Lapoint community.

  • Create and edit video content for paid social, producing new iterations weekly together with our performance team and videographer to improve creative performance. 

  • Write sharp copy for campaigns  and always-on communication

  • Support website and blog content with SEO and UX writing (SEO experience is a plus). Together with the team, you’ll follow rankings/visibility and help prioritize topics and keywords.

You’re curious, collaborative and proactive. You like to gather stories — reaching out to camp managers, collaborators and guests to find the angles that make content resonate. You enjoy using AI as a creative partner to explore ideas, write variations, polish language and speed up your workflow — without losing the human touch.

You combine creativity with an analytical mindset, and you enjoy a test-and-learn way of working. You are data and experiment-driven: analyze what performs (and why), form hypotheses, test new angles and continuously improve.

You’ll report to our Head of e-commerce & digital business, and will collaborate closely with our marketing and digital business teams — turning insights and stories into high-quality communication that people want to read, watch and share.

The job is a 100% position, starting in the spring/early summer 2026. You will be a part of the Digital Business Team, reporting to our Head of e-commerce & digital business.
